Relax Inn Marlin

The location was good and magnificent, short walk to restaurants, Walmart, downtown and major roads, which is approximately 3-6 times a year to visit family, and places to eat, in a pretty nice area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was fairly large, with very, very nice staff and perfect location in the middle of jackson. The a double room I got was spacious.

The spacious queen room was great, but I was charged twice for the stay.

Recommend for a short break

Clean room, convenient location, with complimentary wifi and free parking making it easy to explore the area.

Budget travelers may find this adequate

The room was clean, I appreciated that. No carpets, just hard floors.

My family stayed in a queen room with two queen beds. It was clean and had all the basics like air conditioning, refrigerator, and a tv. Super convenient location right off the highway. Having a microwave and coffee maker in the room was great too!

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting pause in Marlin with good value considering the price charged. The room was not clean and I found my sheets stained, disappointing. Better to check cleanliness before settling in.

My family stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night, and it was perfect for our needs. The location is super convenient, right off the highway, and the room was clean with a tv and in-room coffee. The hotel would greatly benefit from having some sort of breakfast option available .

The Relax Inn's classic wood furnishings felt so cozy, like visiting my favorite aunt's home. The clean room and spacious layout made it easy to maneuver, especially for seniors like me. Plus, the tv was a good bonus!

I appreciated having coffee available in the room, a nice touch after a long drive. The check-in process was frustrating. I got charged twice for my room. Although I explained to the receptionist about the previous payment, they insisted I pay again. On top of that, the bedding could have been better. I noticed some stains that were concerning. There wasn't much in the way of amenities like ice machines or snacks, made things a bit inconvenient especially since no breakfast was offered. It served its purpose for a night, but improvements in customer service and cleanliness would help.

This place had a comfortable bed, and our room came with a bath, plus useful amenities like a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge.
